Worst service ever (& we flip houses so we’ve seen a lot). Installers didn’t install the anti tip bracket on our range. Then they said they didn’t have one and I had to order it, wait for it’s arrival and reschedule another install date. If my contractor hadn’t told me they didn’t install it (and that it’s a code regulation), I wouldn’t have known. Very bad. Same situation with our over-range microwave (didn’t vent it and didn’t tell us) and refrigerator (didn’t hook up water line & didn’t tell us). Our contractors said it was the worst job they’d ever seen, not only incomplete but unsafe. If our contractor hadn’t been there babysitting these guys we wouldn’t have known any of it. Fast forward three additional install attempts later and the microwave remains invented. Our contractor will now need to do what the installers failed to do FOUR times. Apparently this is protocol for the third-party installers used by Best Buy (& Home Depot, Lowes, etc.). Buyer beware…..

It’s beautiful,easy to clean due to the Selfcleaning function...as well as the Stove Top

Some damage upon delivery but everything was taken care of. Guys were kinda in a hurry. I think because they knew it was damaged

When they installed the new gas range the guy was very thorough about making sure we had no gas leaks.

The technician was quick and the installation seemed seamless.

The only problem was was the delivery badcustomer service

"FAIR" only because the moving team COULDN'T install it due to the gas connection from the wall not matching up to the line on the new range. It WASN'T their fault. They were just not prepared to deal with my "antique" fixtures. I called a plumber who came out the next day and hooked it up. Again...it wasn't the moving/installation teams fault. As far as moving it in and making the switch they get an A+ review.

Delivery was prompt; guys were courteous... However... Installation was an extra, optional service. Because this was a large, gas appliance, I wanted a professional team to handle and install. Unfortunately, the delivery team was either unfamiliar with an LG gas range, or, they were unfamiliar with all gas ranges. When they tried to attach the gas line to the range, they said they could complete the job for lack of parts. And so they stopped. They did advise me of the 'proper' part. - I was credited by BB for this cost. After 2 trips to a supply store, I learned that the parts I had were actually correct. Unfortunately, the install team had attempted to attach the gas line to an incorrect port. I was able to complete the install without too much further difficulty. A further problem is that they put some deep gouges into my wood floor when sliding the stove. - In future, they should carry some slide devices to prevent damage. Finally, the install team did not balance the range. Easy for 2; challenge for 1. Bottom line: have a 2nd person to assist - not that difficult in the end; or, avoid the weekend installs

Install was fast and done well. The installers were professional.
