While the people delivering our stove were very nice, respectful they were unable to connect the stove. Something didn't fit on our gas pipe. I had to hire someone else & since it was last minute & right before Thanksgiving it cost more than I planned. I don't believe I was ever credited the installation fee from Best Buy?

I have sat here and wrote 5-7 positive reviews for several other products tonight and ALL of them saved as soon as I submitted them and I was able to click and see them right away. I wrote this one negative review and save it and it is deleted or not saved. Something doesn’t seem right about that. With that being said I will rewrite this review... maybe this time it will save. I have been buying products from Bestbuy for years and have had nothing but a positive experience. ALWAYS. This time was not the case. My wife and I spent a large amount of money (for us) on our stove from Bestbuy and we were very disappointed with the delivery service. They were in a huge hurry and banged up the stove on the way in the house and then again when they placed it in its final position. This was part of my wife’s birthday present so she was very excited to get it delivered. She watched in shock at the way they treated the stove on the way in. To be fair it’s hard to see the damage and you have to be looking for it to notice it. We didn’t call or ask for a replacement. We were just very surprised at the way this was handled. It does not fit what we are used to and expect from Bestbuy. We were very disappointed.
