    Installers just wanted to get in & out quickly of installation. They said the connector was old & it was less than 4 years old. Yes, the back of the stove was dirty & greasy couldn't get to it and seemed like installer didn't want to get his hands dirty. He should have worn g]rubber gloves.

    The oven installation was fine but I also ordered a dishwasher. I ordered dishwasher installation and disposal. I was frustrated with them because they refused to uninstall the old dishwasher, which is a 10 minute job.You would think that if you pay them to throw out the old appliance and install the new one, that they would undo 2 screws and disconnect 3 hoses to remove the old one.

    the installers were cordial but not the nicest and did not provide answers they damaged the corner of the stove, I still did not receive a call back from the store about reparations
