frustration

I ordered dishwasher installation and disposal. I was frustrated with them because they refused to uninstall the old dishwasher, which is a 10 minute job.You would think that if you pay them to throw out the old appliance and install the new one, that they would undo 2 screws and disconnect 3 hoses to remove the old one.
