Installation did happen

When uninstalling existing range Installer had to make a call and ask someone which which way to turn the gas nozzle to turn off. Then they indicated that the gas cable was too tight and they couldn't disconnect and they said it was stripped Both installers tried. I was told the gas company needs to come out. When the gas company tried it took 10 seconds - the installers were turning it he wrong way. I returned range. The appliance manager and staff were very very helpful nice and sympathetic. Customer support called afterwards and refunded cost for gas company visit and the electrician (another story). It's because of them I will continue to shop at Best Buy. I would recommend buying an appliance from Best Buy BUT if you need it installed please check on who will be performing the installation
