Installation is not successful. The gas line connector from the bestbuy installation kit does not fit the gas line in my kitchen. I was told to go to home depot to buy a larger connector. I asked the building super to install the gas range.

The gentlemen that installed my range were very nice and knowledgeable.

This should have been an easy install. Just disconnect the old gas range and connect the new range. The two installers arrived early and first thing, they asked to use the restroom (not something I expected or liked). Then one guy tried to disconnect the gas line but just had pliers and not the correct wrench so they couldn't properly hold the nipple fitting and the gas line fitting to loosen it. They ended up cutting the old gas line (with my cutting tools). One installer told me they weren't allowed to install the anti-tip over bracket while the other said he'd try but he didn't understand where to put the screws in the bottom plate of the wall. At this point, I told them I'd install the bracket my self (it took me less than 5 minutes) and have my plumber connect the gas line (it took him less than 15 minutes). I've had two deliveries of appliances this past week and both deliveries were substandard and both installer teams did not have proper tools for the job (old, worn out or simple inappropriate for the job. Just terrible installation experiences.

Be careful…. Install company is an outside third party and is absolutely terrible. Even though I prepaid for install and parts, they attempted to coerce me into giving them more money, horrible customer service, bad mouthed BB and their sales team, overall bad experience. I reported twice to BB and they seem to be aware but nothing they will do.
