I purchases the installation part with the new gas range that I had bought. The existing gas line in my house requires 1/2" diameter hose, but the delivery guy came with 5/8" diameter hose (without packaging or any information on the size of the hose he came with) and had no idea about the size difference. He refused to do the installation and was not trained to explain what I (customer) need to do in order to install it on my own. If I was the expert on installing it, then why would I have purchased the installation service from best buy??? Anyway, I was able to figure out the difference and got the right size hose from home depot as Best Buy do not sell 1/2" diameter hose for older house (like mine). I would recommend the new buyers to check the size of existing gas line in your house and buy correct size hose if you ever buy gas range from best buy and have them install it for you, so you don't end up wasting your time like I did.

This was returned because I did not purchase the right item.

Very disappointed and it really was a bad experience. First and last time I purchase installation services from Best Buy. They went to the house before the scheduled time without prior notice. To make matters worse, Best Buy informed that it could only reschedule next week and even then, it was done 2 days after what was agreed over the phone. I don't recommend it and once again: Very disappointed with BestBuy.
