    Be careful…. Install company is an outside third party and is absolutely terrible. Even though I prepaid for install and parts, they attempted to coerce me into giving them more money, horrible customer service, bad mouthed BB and their sales team, overall bad experience. I reported twice to BB and they seem to be aware but nothing they will do.

    Techs didn’t install everything. Didn’t test for leaks. Left oven with gap because gas line wasn’t coiled up to keep from hitting wall and oven. Had to take out and re route and reinstall. Bent the bottom of oven with their hand trucks.

    Not much to say about the installation itself. Delivery guy did install the fridge and stove (dishwasher TBD since remodel still in process). Install itself was fine, but I was a bit annoyed that he refused to move the old fridge out of the kitchen. Claimed to be in a hurry. And this was after they stood me up for a week after calling me DURING MY DELIVERY WINDOW to tell me they wouldn't be delivering my appliances. And this was, of course, after sending the confirmation email that they WOULD be delivering them. And yes, I took the day off work and waited around for nothing. Guy ran out of their so fast, I didn't even remove the protective plastic from the fridge to find the DENT.

    They wouldnt install it and had rules about the installation that they didnt share with me until they arrived. I ended up doing it my self. A complete waste of money. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

    The third party company that was sent to install our new range was less than professional. It has been installed correctly but I would recommend that you let Best Buy know that you do not want them to use a third party company. It may be a longer wait but I think it would be worth it.

    The delivery crew had a bad attitude when they arrived. They made every excuse they could find to not install my new stove. They left the stove in my entry door so I had to install it myself. I called pacific sales and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to complain. I will never buy any appliances from there anymore.

    The guys that came the first time were rude, and told me that the reason that they didn't installed was that I have not a moved the old stove and they walked outside to the truck, I followed them out while my son moved the stove. I told them that the stove has been removed and one of the guys said they already called the office that I need to place a new order. I called the office and the woman that answered said that the installation guys had told the office that I need to replaced the gas valve. I told that women that they didn't tell me that. I called two different plumbers and they all was good. I had to waited until I called you guys again.

    Installers did not come at the time scheduled - they came in the morning instead of the afternoon as scheduled. They rushed through the install, did not accommodate any questions and made a huge scratch on our griddle - when we mentioned this, they responded saying we can still use the griddle. Additionally, our range sticks out by 4 inches because they had the wrong attachment but when we asked they said this was how its supposed to be. We contracted another person to come and he was able to fix the extension with a new attachment. We therefore had to pay twice for labor and parts. Be very careful with paying Best Buy for additional install because the guys who came were very unprofessional.

    You did NOT install my stove. You brought it to the patio and set it down on the patio. WHY DID YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR INSTALLATION? I love the stove, but I do not like being charged for some thing you did not do.

    Not a full Installation. Did not install a "tip over" piece that is requuired in the install manual. Driver said he would only wait five minutes for me. I had to ask for them to remove the cardboard and other box material from my house they did not want to do it. The driver told me to give him a 10 on his review. He did nothing the whole time. The other person with him was great. He knew how to install the stove except for the missing piece. They did not install the two pieces that go on the top race so it goes in and out easy. The first drivers just dropped off the oven and said they didn't know how to install it and someone would call. I waited and had to call someone for an appointment.

    You guys came to my house I paid to have it installed.... But when you arrived you said the shut off valve was too far from the oven and that you couldn't do the install because you didn't have the correct hose... I ended up paying 300.00 to have someone install it with the same hose your guys left here.... I wont be buying products there anymore...

    1. was told on the day it was supposed to be delivered that gas range was lis 2.Called on same day and someone was supposed to call me back. Still waiting for that call 3.Called again and was hung up on twice 4. Finally found my range and could not schedule to deliver for 2 weeks 5. Did not het reminder about delivery so called again to make sure everything was ok and told they I needed to schedule delivery 6. Asked to speak to supervisor and all of sudden the appliance was able to be delivered on date promised 7. Did not get a reminder day before so we will see if it is delivered. I am not holding my breath because I would pass out 8 I need to purchase more alpliances in the near future and have done business with Nest Buy in the past and how they make up for this will determine if I go elsewhere even if the cost is more

    The donkeys that installed it, plugged the range into an inappropriate power strip which could have burned our house down with us in it. The range also had a faulty ignitor in the oven, since the installers did not bother to check that before they left, our house filled with gas and also could have blown us up!

    Not so good I'm afraid. Whirlpool sometimes use their own Geek Squad employees to install appliances and this usually results in a positive experience. However, they also use independent contractors and when they do the results are far from positive, as was the case here. The first independent crew showed up, took one look at the stove and said they didn't have the tools to install it. They got back in their van and drove off. Seriously, that's how the appointment went. Pathetic. The second independent crew showed up a few days later and they did install the range. However, our gas provider Vectren said they detected a small leak. We ended up hiring our own contractor who found that the gas line had only been finger tightened by the second crew.

    Brought wrong gas line and had to install myself. Took old one out and left my tenant without a stove for over a week as I was out of town. Don’t use them for installs. Idiots.
