    This guys at first mad us to replace the gas valve. So no installation. We had to get professionals to replace it for us. Second time they cane in and just hooked up the gas line and place it in it’s location, and left. We had to assemble most of the parts ourselves. Again, they didn’t clean up after themselves.

    Not so good I'm afraid. Whirlpool sometimes use their own Geek Squad employees to install appliances and this usually results in a positive experience. However, they also use independent contractors and when they do the results are far from positive, as was the case here. The first independent crew showed up, took one look at the stove and said they didn't have the tools to install it. They got back in their van and drove off. Seriously, that's how the appointment went. Pathetic. The second independent crew showed up a few days later and they did install the range. However, our gas provider Vectren said they detected a small leak. We ended up hiring our own contractor who found that the gas line had only been finger tightened by the second crew.

    Lost my gas range

    1. was told on the day it was supposed to be delivered that gas range was lis 2.Called on same day and someone was supposed to call me back. Still waiting for that call 3.Called again and was hung up on twice 4. Finally found my range and could not schedule to deliver for 2 weeks 5. Did not het reminder about delivery so called again to make sure everything was ok and told they I needed to schedule delivery 6. Asked to speak to supervisor and all of sudden the appliance was able to be delivered on date promised 7. Did not get a reminder day before so we will see if it is delivered. I am not holding my breath because I would pass out 8 I need to purchase more alpliances in the near future and have done business with Nest Buy in the past and how they make up for this will determine if I go elsewhere even if the cost is more

    Left packing foam piece attached to back of oven, stabilized stoved sitting on top of gas line. Had to reinstall 2 more times to get issue corrected. Installers are too rushed to double check all is correct and safely done.

    Brought wrong gas line and had to install myself. Took old one out and left my tenant without a stove for over a week as I was out of town. Don’t use them for installs. Idiots.

    Installation was not complete, told us that we needed to replace elbow fitting that came out the wall because the 5/8 fitting that connected the gas connector did not fit. We then went to home depot pro to get replacement elbow come to find that they took the 5/8 brass fitting that came with the kit I purchased. Also said that they would come back n gave me phone number which he is not answering so I left a text explaining we needed the brass fitting to hook up the gas range....very hard to reach anyone to help me in this situation via on line & phone...new gas range but not installed. Kinda disapointed we can use it & I paid extra just for that. Stuck at a stand still & my elderly parents need their gas range to function in order to take care of themselves....where do I go from here?

    The item was not installed. The delivery drivers just left the oven by the kitchen door, blocking entry to the house and basement. Never again willI purchase anything from your company again. You scammed me.

    The range didn't fit in the gap, space between range and wall 6 ", he told us plumber needed. It takes me less than one minute to rearrange the hose, after that the range fits in the gap without space to the wall.

    The men were nice but they couldn’t install my Oven and I had to find someone else and pay more. They didn’t not Have the correct Parts. Told us to go to Home Depot and Get parts so we could do It Ourselves

    The gas range works great but the installation was far from great. Scratched floor, no word back from insurance company either. Its been an ordeal.

    We paid for installation of a Viking range to be delivered on 12/20/2018 but delivery crew didn't know how to do the instal. I received a call while they were here saying that BestBuy was checking to find another date for another crew to do the install and would call me back. They left the range in the garage with all the packing materials. Instead of calling, BestBuy sent me an email with an instal date of 12/28/2018 that was after Christmas....no other options were given. Since our family was coming over for dinner on Christmas I had to pay a company to instal the range that i had already paid BestBuy to install. Very poor customer service. Will not shop at BestBuy again.

    Not worth the money. Yeah it was nice they brought my appliance into the house, but other than that pointless. My fiancé and dad still had to basically fix everything they did bc it wasn't level and the hoses were leaking gas because of a bad connection on their part.

    They hooked up the range fine. Problem was they hauled of my old old i was keeping for rent house. They did replace hauled off range with new one. But that was after explaining i didnt pay for the hual iff and left instruction not to take old one.

    I bought some appliances at Best buy and got a decent deal on them. Agent never told me to disconnect my current appliances from where they currently were. Install team showed up and removed my refrigerator and didn't install the new one to start. They then proceed to tell me that they couldn't remove the stove because it wasn't uninstalled. I was called by Jackie to give the bad news. Jackie was unbelievably unhelpful. Now I don't have a refrigerator until who knows so that's nice. They didn't even offer to put the new or old one in since they couldn't do the stove. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of installation. Please do not make the same mistake I did. What a nightmare.

    The service was terrible. There is no customer service. They did the installation wrong twice. My apartment smell like gas. For weeks.

    Took 17 days to get installed from purchase and even then wasn't complete... Left with ever testing if stove or gas line worked or pushing it into proper position. Customer service no help when I advised I had no new stove and they removed my old stove. Had to order out for 13 days between initial install attempt and semi installed completion.

    Terrible! In fact, the people who brought it said they couldn’t install it. So I paid for an installation and I never got it. So I had to pay another person to install my gas range.

    The installer tried to charge me additional fees for installing the stove 385 dollars i asked him to return it but he installed it and said he’d charge Best Buy

    They dropped in my kitchen and bailed. I hooked it up and unpacked all the items. Thank the gods I’m a contractor. I have installed many appliances. If I was was Joe Schmo, what would I do?
