    Really disappointed because they say was ready to deliver on 7-19 after phone call and phone call they say was out of stock so finally this guy found the problem and they say was no a technician in my area to install my range why they no say that after the firs call so I can figured something else like now. Please tell your customers the true

    Installation was not complete, told us that we needed to replace elbow fitting that came out the wall because the 5/8 fitting that connected the gas connector did not fit. We then went to home depot pro to get replacement elbow come to find that they took the 5/8 brass fitting that came with the kit I purchased. Also said that they would come back n gave me phone number which he is not answering so I left a text explaining we needed the brass fitting to hook up the gas range....very hard to reach anyone to help me in this situation via on line & phone...new gas range but not installed. Kinda disapointed we can use it & I paid extra just for that. Stuck at a stand still & my elderly parents need their gas range to function in order to take care of themselves....where do I go from here?

    The crew arrived, installed it, but didn’t level it. Oils just slosh to one end of the pan.

    The range didn't fit in the gap, space between range and wall 6 ", he told us plumber needed. It takes me less than one minute to rearrange the hose, after that the range fits in the gap without space to the wall.

    This guys at first mad us to replace the gas valve. So no installation. We had to get professionals to replace it for us. Second time they cane in and just hooked up the gas line and place it in it’s location, and left. We had to assemble most of the parts ourselves. Again, they didn’t clean up after themselves.

    Not worth the money. Yeah it was nice they brought my appliance into the house, but other than that pointless. My fiancé and dad still had to basically fix everything they did bc it wasn't level and the hoses were leaking gas because of a bad connection on their part.

    We paid for installation of a Viking range to be delivered on 12/20/2018 but delivery crew didn't know how to do the instal. I received a call while they were here saying that BestBuy was checking to find another date for another crew to do the install and would call me back. They left the range in the garage with all the packing materials. Instead of calling, BestBuy sent me an email with an instal date of 12/28/2018 that was after Christmas....no other options were given. Since our family was coming over for dinner on Christmas I had to pay a company to instal the range that i had already paid BestBuy to install. Very poor customer service. Will not shop at BestBuy again.

    The men were nice but they couldn’t install my Oven and I had to find someone else and pay more. They didn’t not Have the correct Parts. Told us to go to Home Depot and Get parts so we could do It Ourselves

    They hooked up the range fine. Problem was they hauled of my old old i was keeping for rent house. They did replace hauled off range with new one. But that was after explaining i didnt pay for the hual iff and left instruction not to take old one.

    I bought some appliances at Best buy and got a decent deal on them. Agent never told me to disconnect my current appliances from where they currently were. Install team showed up and removed my refrigerator and didn't install the new one to start. They then proceed to tell me that they couldn't remove the stove because it wasn't uninstalled. I was called by Jackie to give the bad news. Jackie was unbelievably unhelpful. Now I don't have a refrigerator until who knows so that's nice. They didn't even offer to put the new or old one in since they couldn't do the stove. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of installation. Please do not make the same mistake I did. What a nightmare.

    Your people did not install this product. It was only delivered to my livingroom. However, the delivery guys were fantastic. D & D.

    The gas range works great but the installation was far from great. Scratched floor, no word back from insurance company either. Its been an ordeal.

    Installer was rude uneducated about the stove he was installing scratched the side of my stove and in the process of hooking up gas line kept knocking my magnets with pictures of my kids and grandkids off my refrigerator and just kept stepping on them, didn’t bother to bend over to pick them up didn’t even step over them, he stepped directly on them! He knew I wasn’t happy and didn’t care he told me he’s hired to connect line n that’s it! He snapped a pic of burners working and left, I contacted Best Buy and the we’re wonderful with rectifying the situation. If I ever purchase anything again that needs installation I will make sure I don’t get the same installer!

    The service was terrible. There is no customer service. They did the installation wrong twice. My apartment smell like gas. For weeks.

    They dropped in my kitchen and bailed. I hooked it up and unpacked all the items. Thank the gods I’m a contractor. I have installed many appliances. If I was was Joe Schmo, what would I do?

    Left stove in wrong place with plastic still on it which burned after turning the stove on. Did not appear to have any concern about installation. Gave no instructions. Installers did not appear interested in answering any questions.

    Had a gas range installed recently. Nice guys, but they failed to check for leaks. (They also left the range about four inches from the wall, which is too far.) After two days of my wife complaining of headaches, I pulled the range out enough to get to the (new, required purchase) gas line, where the smell was unmistakable. A quick test with a soap solution revealed the source of the leak, which I fixed. Then I coiled the hose properly and pushed the range right up against the wall, as it should have been. Let me repeat that testing for leaks with a soap solution only took FIVE MINUTES, which is the very minimum time and effort an installer should spend to make sure the job was done right. And I tipped those guys, too. Maddening.

    When the installers came to hook up our new gas stove, they didn’t put the gas hose through the hole where it belongs so the stove can’t be pushed all the way back and it doesn’t line up with our counter top. We would like this fixed.

    You took my money. You said that you would handle everything. I relaxed. You show up without the tools to do the job. My disabled wife calls me in a panic because you just left with my kitchen torn apart and the new stove right in the middle. How do I feel?? I feel like I would have rather bought a stove from some local guy that gives a hoot about me and my family. Looking back I would have paid double to a COMPETENT business. You should probably contact me. There’s more. P.S. If you get the time in your hectic day could you PLEASE COME GET MY OLD SLOVE OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY LIKE I PAID YOU TO DO??? Also I have spent $268.17 so far finishing YOUR job. Store credit will do.

    People showed up on time, we ended up installing ourselves as final inspection not completed. Installers would not get unit ready to install, explained they did "All or nothing" and left. We assembled and installed on our own with contractor.
