Supposed to be delivered and installed. No installation was done. Installers left a note that I needed to call a plumber to put on the required fittings. My husband went to Home Depot, purchased a $40 kit and installed the stove himself. Best Buy installers are a joke.

Best Buy sent a technician that claimed not being familiar with the gas range installation. Range delivered but it wasn’t installed. What waste of time.

Was not told by the 3rd party installers that they would be using a different less expensive gas line due to a fitting size difference. The unused gas line was required at time of purchase in order to install, and Best Buy stores do not even sell the line that was used. Notified Best Buy in person , feel my concern has fallen on deaf ears.

Installers refused to install the stove as the gas line shut off for the stove was not on the old stove but in the basement. I had to hire a plumber to install a gas line shut off where the new stove would be installed before they would come back and install the new stove.

Installers broke one of the feet off during install and said they would come back out with one or a new stove. Tony the installer did not even report the damage or order the part. Just closed the delivery out as complete. We even asked if we needed to call to schedule the repair and he said no that he would handle it.

Delivery guys AWFUL! Alex w attitud moment off truck & Jasar was lazy & didn’t want to pull out dishwasher to plug in new stove so what does he do, packs it all up & leave. NO clue what his deal was but I told him where he can “go” so he called me a btch.Even Alex was shocked. Lol

Terrible installtion. Didnt finish the job. He said he couldnt install it and was having a hard time taking off the cap to the gas line. Got home and did it myself and got it done in 10minutes. Terrible install experience with Best Buy. Never finish the job always making excuses. Same idea with our Dishwasher install. Never again.

Unfortunately the installers of my new range were in too much of a hurry to get to the next appointment that they were not careful joining up the gas line. I had to call Nicor the next morning because of a gas leak and they confirmed the hook up was not done correctly. I called Best Buy to discuss and the quickly resolved the situation. It would be best to have the installers test for leaks before leaving your home.

Worst service ever! 6 appointments 2 of them without qualified techs. 2 no shows without even a courtesy call. One for replacing the oven (it was not certified for use) and then another one for a final installation witch cost me money cause in the previous appointment the techs took a very important part!

The delivery driver could not hook up stove because of a missing piece, I asked him to still bring in the stove . He brought it in dumped it in the space without taking all the packing off. He was to busy and had to go. I tried taking it off and cut myself. I'm done with best buy they don't get back to you when you have a service complaint.

Gas Range Installation (Non-Regulated) - had to hire someone else as the two installers Best Buy sent did not know how to install a gas range nor had the proper equipment. Best Buy did reimburse me $250 for my troubles

The products at Best Buy are superb. Top the line name brands that are reasonably priced. I have no idea how many installs their delivery service has to make in a given day, but they have a habit of working too fast and making errors. I had a gas leak due to the pipe not being turned fully and had to call Nipsco to resolve the issue.

I paid for both Instalation and removal of the old one but the technicians that came left my stove in the hallway and left. They told my husband that we need to call a plumber and have him install a new gas pipe. All they needed was an adapter to install it. I went back to Best Buy to get a refund of this service fee

3 times i scheduled my install and 3 times no one called or showed,3 days of waiting and shifting around my time,what a TOTAL disappointment ,not even a call and all were confirmed and my appliamce is STILL sitting in my kitchen,out of 3 major purchases,fridge,stove and microwave numerous problems

How in the world the guys who delivered/instead the gas range were able to check for leaking if the main valve was OFF ? They said that they are not allowed to do that ! Ok, then I went in the furnace room and turned ON ! But the only thing they did was to see if it lights up ! That’s it !!! Fortunately is not !
