    delivery ruined my carpet

    The delivery was terrible. They did not demonstrate use of the controls or oven. They dripped plumber's goop ( a thick paste)on my carpet. They touched it with a cloth which pushed the goop further into the carpet. Best buy hasn't responded to my 3 complaints. So, my carpet is ruined.

    great stove but installers could not install it or haul away the old one , I was charged for both .Had to hire a plumber to do both.

    Arrived damaged. No call to reschedule. I had to call twice and told new delivery will be more than month later. Stuck with range that has gas leak tagged by peco. I must say the delivery people were very nice and disappointed that the range was damaged as well

    What is sold is not what's required. Buy the parts yourself and install yourself.

    The man who was sent to install the appliance demanded $40 to pay for the gas nozzle when it was already paid for when I purchased the stove. Best Buy needs to communicate better or vet their contractors.

    It didn't happen. Installers took a look and said "too complicated" so I installed it myself. Also tried more than once to get a refund for the installation I paid for and did not get.

    I was charged an additional $100.00 by the driver to install my Ge gas range disappointed Best Buy should have told me they would charge an additional fee for installation $100.00 CASH I’m most certain I’m not the first person they charge $100.00! For install.

    Service was not completed. They arrived without verifying arrival time. They said they were there to fix the washer…THEY WERE SUPPOSE to fix vent on MICROWAVE that we just had installed last week.

    paid for install. Would not install because gas shutoff was not on the same side of the wall as the range. I know of no code to make this a reason to not install a range. When I ordered the install they only required every thing be with in code and a installation kit. I had a new shut off installed.

    Had to wait over three months for the stove to be delivered and when it finally was in stock they arrived without calling. Then when I was not home they did not reschedule but instead showed up unannounced. Luckily I was home that time.

    I was not told I needed a black iron pipe for install. If they had told me I could have that installed when having the gas line run. I do not blame the delivery/installers they were great

    Very bad service three days after delivery and still waiting for the installation service to show up and I have to take another day off to be with him when he shows up

    Ordered over $6000 in appliances oven was left in my House without install. Told there wasn’t a convention kit! Which there was inside the oven! Paid for install and kit, called to find out why?? They now want to charge me $250 to have someone else come out to install it!

    The range was installed. 3 days later we found a gas leak and Xcel energy red tagged the stove and turned the gas off. It took 4 visits before the range was installed correctly for a total of 3 weeks.
