They were suppose to add a conversion since I use propane as no access to natural gas. We told Best Buy but they must of not understood so now the flames are 8 inches high an a safety issue so have to hire someone to do it right.

I have been waiting 5 months for my microwave. Now they say another two. I can't get to anyone in authority. My calls often go to the Philippines or Panama, and they are NEVER helpful. How do I give less than a poor review???

I will never use the install services from Best Buy again after this experience. They installed my range incorrectly, which cost me more money to get fixed by a plumber. Best Buy chose to not reimburse me fully for the plumber's fees to correct the installation.

The men that can to install the new stove and gas line didn't even use all the new parts for the gas line! They instead used the old 20+ years old parts from our current gas line.
If you are going to do this, why have me purchase a new gas line? Very disappointing.

The most lazy irresponsible pieces of crap that has ever delivered anything to my house . Didn’t assemble or hook up. Love bestbuy do better. Will not give a negative google review, when you spend this kind of money you expect excellent service.

Third party installers for Best Buy did not hook up the gas hose properly and had a major gas leak. Since they left me with no card or paperwork with their name, had to have an emergency fix done by another repair company at after hours prices

I have problems with it from the beginning, with the 1st one both owens stopped working. Got a second one and one week later first lower owen light stopped working, then few days later upper oven light stopped working. I wish I can returned it.

Installed wrong. Then had to come out another 4 times. Total of 6 times and none able to install. Either doing it incorrectly or not doing it at all. If the first set of guys would have installed it correct in the first place we would have never had an issue.

They called me. the day before telling me they could not install due to new laws that happen 30 days, however, I just purchased items a week ago...I'm still waiting for a return for that service and a discount for.the terrible customer service and delays in delivery.

I ended up with a gas leak due to improper installation by Geek Squad, when they delivered my new stove. My local gas company had to come out and fix it. I would not recommend gas range installation by Geek Squad. I would use a gas professional.

Consider the so-called “installation” to be no more than a delivery and you’re going to be ok. Even the slightest issue and they punt. Better off hiring a teal professional to actually install.
