Worse experience ever. They literally pulled the gas line up from the floor and had the nerve to tell me it was normal!! I had to call the gas company to have them check everything out. They where not professional at all!!!

Extremely poorly done. The first range was defective (lingering chemical smell) and it took 2 full weeks (and a lot of wasted time on the phone) to get a replacement (in a different color than I wanted).

Delivered Aug 1 and Dec 1 control panel went black. I think a product should I last longer than 2 months before repairing. Now waiting 2 weeks for Geek squad for repair.
This would receive no star if that was an available option.

Best Buy outsourced this job to an outside vendor and It was obvious. It was not very professional. Stove was set in the kitchen and they left! No hook up! Best Buy did absolutely everything to make it right and THAT'S why we are loyal customers!

I was supposed to get a refund for this because I needed a extra adapter so installed it myself not sure why I was still charged. The man said he was taking care of the refund but never happened!!

The installers did a shoddy job. The stove was not close enough to the wall and the tip over bracket was not installed. The installers even went to the trouble of HIDING the wrapped bracket and instructions under other trash so I wouldn't find it!!

Remove that other star please. This gas range install was never ever done after 3 failed attempts and 12 hours wasted of my life due the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you buy a gas range be ready to install it yourself.

Crew installed oven. Asked if they checked for leaks, they said yes. Oven started leaking immediately. Plumber came in and connected it correctly. Im sorry i paid for the service.

Many issues with BB installation team. Tried charging for no cost install and wasn't installed properly. Was told by BB sales they will need to connect appliance to wall to prevent tipping but they never did this nor did they respond to my concerns.

They would not install my gas line because there was no shut off at the site, instead it was in the basement. hubby had to go out and buy a shut off valve and then install it himself. Wish we had known this ahead of time.

The delivery man was very nice, but unable to install the device that was delivered. I had to make 3 trips to home depot to get the right connector and install the stove myself.
Can I get a refund for the installation fee?
