    Overall I love the stove but the customer service was horrible. Technician couldn’t hook up stove and I waited weeks before a qualified person could. I was promised a gift card and that never came.

    THE KNOBS ON THE STOVE BROKE RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE MADE OUT OF PLASTIC. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. I CALLED BEST BUY AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER. I EVEN BOUGHT INSURANCE AND I NEVER WAS OFFER NEW KNOBS. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    Didn’t fully attach the gas line

    Installers didn’t fully tighten the gas lines. The whole house smelled like gas for 2 days. They said it would smell like that because it was a new stove but when I rechecked the line, it wasn’t even tightened allowing gas to leak.

    No installation was ever performed after 1 month of multiple attempts on my part.. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time for me on the phone and sitting around waiting for nothing.

    Range arrived broken. Customer service keeps delaying the replacement date. I now have a broken range sitting at my house and have no way to cook.

    tech was not savy at his craft and would not install the stove cause he could find the shut off vale. hired a 3rd party tech to install and was able to find the shut off switch. dont waste your money on this service.

    The installer guys not professional at all. They broke my gas pipe valve and wad blaming our previous installer! and I had to call emergency gas leakage service , whole house smelled gas. Very bad experience !

    Was not included when my item was dropped off, so this was an error from Best Buy. Very disappointing - had to source an independent contractor to install same day.

    Do not let Geek Squad install anything related to appliances. Messed up both of my installs. Ask your salesman to have their 3rd party company, “Peerless” to install everything. Very professional.

    I can’t believe that Best Buy would associate the company with such a poor third party company to do my install. They have done such a poor job, I am now taking legal action The product is fine by the way.

    They where unable to take old stove out as well disconnected my old stove and left. Had to wait 2 days for them to come back just to reconnect my old stove i was left with no stove at all

    Delivery people were extremely polite and professional however they did not have the proper equipment to hook up the range. I grade this as incomplete as the labor was great but the result is a fail.
