Never got this service from them I had it installed from our guy and They just inpected and said its good.

Tech person claimed they could not remove gas cap and advised that I contact the gas company. Gas came out and did one twist and cap came off. I paid for an installation that I did not get.

The installation of the gas oven range was incompetently performed and resulted in defective workmanship. I am extremely dissatisfied with my Best Buy purchase and customer service experience.

Charged me for instillation but brought wrong fittings so told me hire a plumber left brand new stove not hooked up! House is less than 5 years old !

Worst delivery service ever. Didn’t show on scheduled day. Then, next time they arrived without proper parts to complete installation. Never again. Would give zero stars if I could.

It wasn’t installed and can’t get anyone to give a refund.

I asked for an afternoon delivery but was forced to abide by their schedule because it was closer to the warehouse or reschedule. That's ludicrous. The install work was fine.

It didnt get done because the gas line that came with the stove was for a gas dryer then i got the run around for the right gas line so i did it myself after i paid for them to do it

They did not complete the install!! They put it in the house and left.

Driver did not want to install stating there was an issue with the valve. We called a licensed plumber and they installed it noting that there was nothing wrong with the valve.

Horrible they almost killed my family and blew up my home

First installers installed. Left and over the next few day smelled gas. Geek Squad repairman came and said first installers only hand tightened the fitting. Not happy!

Horrible! They never installed it! I had to have a plumber come out and install, and they won't return call back from customer service or refund my installation fee.

Instalation was not done with in time frame given. Over two hours late. No phone call. Range was not working properley. Refrigerator was not balanced.

I dont know how to get someone to provide this service for my stove. I had to pay $ 150 for someone else to do it. I still need someone to wnsure my stove is level

Not sure what I am reviewing as there has not been an installation

The installers were rude and never completed the install. They just pushed it in place with the plastic and styrofoam still on. When i wasn't looking, they left.

I had to have this refunded do to the wrong size piping. They were oh sorry get a plumber then they were gone. All it took was a adapter that I recomend the installers should carry in these cases

Installed anti tip device to far forward. Couldn’t get stove back far enough. Had to have someone else come out to fix problem

poor installation, didn't install the floor anti-tip bracket and didn't properly run gas line as to not keep stove away from wall several inches
