The team that came out for the installation of our gas stove did not totally make sure the gas hose was not leaking. I had to call a plumber. I've always had great service with Best Buy. I would still purchase other products from them.

Oven/Stove was installed quickly with no issues then, or since. Delivery called and was able to arrive 30min prior to planned time.

The installation crew was fantastic! They had everything done in a timely manner. They left the area clean. Products work fantastic. They were clear and knowledgeable about the use of the appliances. Would call them to install anything in my home. Highly recommend. A+++

He was on time, wore a mask, He removed the old range and then installed the new range. He set the clock for me and checked all the burners and oven. He told me that I needed to let the oven run for a certain amount of time before I used it the first time,

The 2 delivery/installation guys were awesome. They arrived a little early which was perfectly fine. They removed the old unit and installed the GE oven. The point person made sure all burners were working correctly and advised us how to properly clean the oven.

Installation isn't something I would normally purchase but due to another service purchased previously, it was fairly cheap and why not have someone else remove the old stove and install the new. The only part I wasn't happy with is they were using slip joint pliers to install the gas line. I had my adjustable wrenches handy and had them use them. No gas leaks when done and stove wasn't damaged so all's well that ends well.

initial installer certainly could have been better but the 2nd team they sent was excellent. 2nd team was required due to a product manufacturer defect very satisfied now

Very professional install. Both guys were very courteous and didn't waste any time getting the new gas range replaced with the old. It didn't feel rushed but was definitely quick. Only negative was came late in the day but sounded like they had a long day of installs.

3rd party! These guys were really good, friendly. Took their time and did it right with zero damage arrived early suppose to be at different address. . They stayed and did the install. I was impressed with that!

Installation and haul away was quick and easy. No problems.

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher and range. Delivery and installation were included in the price. Haul away of old appliances was also part of the deal. Installers did do the dishwasher and hauled away the old one. My gas connection was a problem so the range was left in my home. I scheduled a new installation time and no one came or called. I had someone else install the range. After 4 attempts to get the old range picked up, I just put it out to the curb. Great products. Poor scheduling of service.

Works great, looks great only downfall are the fingerprints. But the microwave that’s fingerprint proof

This is an excellent range. It is easy to use and looks very good in our kitchen. The installation process was good as well. The installer arrived on time and completed the installation in a quick efficient manner.

I love everything about this stove, with the exception of the top grates. They are already starting to show wear and I've only had the stove for a month. The two separate ovens are wonderful and really come in handy. The bottom oven door touches the floor when it's opened all the way and you have to really bend down to get things in and out, but if they made the stove any taller, you'd have to be a giant to be able to use the cook top. It's a great oven and I'm glad I bought it. You will be too.

No complaints on installation. They put it in and set it up. Tested it. Saw it worked before they left.

Independent contractors installed oven to best of their ability. Literally plugs into outlet and connects to gas line. 10 out of 10
