    I paid for both Instalation and removal of the old one but the technicians that came left my stove in the hallway and left. They told my husband that we need to call a plumber and have him install a new gas pipe. All they needed was an adapter to install it. I went back to Best Buy to get a refund of this service fee

    Gas Range was not installed. Had to hire plumbers (expensive) and they were able to set it up without a problem.

    Only had a adjustable wrench newsflash not everyone lives in a brand new house. Went and borrowed a pipe wrench and did it myself
