I had a 4-8 pm delivery window given to me. I got it delivered around 10:40 pm. It would have been nice to get a call to say that the original truck had broken down. I called Best Buy after 8:00 and they told me they would still try to delivery that night. I had given up until I got a call at 10:20 pm asking if I still was ok getting it delivered that night. I was glad to get it and the delivery guys were nice and told me they had finished their deliveries and were ask to help out and they did a good job.

The installation went so much better than if I had tried.

The two gentlemen that came to my home to install our range were extremely professional and did a perfect job. They took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about how to use my range before they left my home. I will definitely use their services again as needed.

The two guys that came out to install and take away my old range were top notch. Very professional and neat. They made sure everything was worked correctly and stayed while the oven heated up to make sure the gas was piped in properly and the smell burned off.

Guys that installed range where nice and took great care in remove my old range and installing the new one. It would have been nice if they would took the time to level the range instead of just hooking it up and pushing it into place.

The men were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they were doing when asked and proceeded quickly and confidently. They also explained the basics of operating the stove and how to get the manual for it.

The installation of our Gas Range went very well. The installation team were great, they did a awesome job. Thank You install team.

Two guys for the install and the did a great job and were super fast. Less than an hour to install dishwasher, range. And fridge. Happy i paid for the professional install. Well worth the money.

Guys were courteous and efficient. They took old stove out , gave me time to clean the floor, unpacked the new stove, installed, removed all debris, and were done in less than an hour. They called in advance to let know their eta, and then again when they were a few blocks away.

The guys did a wonderful job getting rid of our old range and installing the new one. They also cleaned up where the original range had been before they installed the new one. It made for a very easy process of getting the new range.

I was a little leery after I found out Best Buy uses a 3rd party vendor to perform their appliance installations. The crew that that perform our range installation was professional and did a terrific job on the installation. I am very happy with the job they did.

The men that delivered the stove and installed it were very courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me move the old stove and explained how the new was getting installed and how to use it. They took all their garbage with them and were very helpful.
