Jorge and Carlos were awesome. They were thoroughly courteous and professional even though it wasn’t easy to install the new range in our old house with its ancient gas fittings - and it was definitely not easy to haul away the behemoth that was our old range- but they did it all with a smile. Customer service at its finest!

Good solid product. Everything working well so far

The men were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they were doing when asked and proceeded quickly and confidently. They also explained the basics of operating the stove and how to get the manual for it.

First was bad!! Product came damaged and late!! Second delivery came on time and install was fast!

The two gentlemen were very professional and very helpful. Polite clean up, and the job was completed within 30 minutes.

Best Buy showed up in then time frame promised. They were in and out quick. They carried the item in with booties on their shoes to prevent any damages to the walls or carpet. Install was smooth without any issues

I couldn't believe how quick the installation was & the clean up was fabulous.

I was happy to have the stove come with installation and removal of the old unit, and I was told in advance that I would need to replace the gas line, as the existing one was probably too old to be safe. What I was NOT told in advance was that I would also probably need to have the gas cutoff valve replaced, as well. So when the delivery truck arrived, they couldn't do the installation that day, and I spent the rest of the day trying to find the part (not as easy as it should have been) and then trying to find someone to put it in for me (not as easy as the installers suggested). This meant I had to wait another two days to get the stove put in. Once it was ready, it was quick and efficient, but it made for a very annoying week. I guess I would recommend it to a friend, but my recommendation would come with a warning to ask if there might possibly be anything else I should know or do beforehand.

the installers for my gas stove arrived within the time range they were supposed to be here, and got to work right away. they didn't waste any time and were efficient. Left everything clean and took away all the packaging. Good job
