The guys were late coming to 8nstall the stove, but the6 called and let us know. And when they arrived they were ver6 nice and helpful. They made sure we know how to use the stove and the oven and showed us how to clean it.

The installation went great! The installers were very professional, on time, communicated with me when they would arrive, and made sure I was satisfied with the install and answered any questions I may have had and went over the features and operation of the appliances before they left. True professionals who did their jobs with excellence!

When we moved into our new home, we found that our gas range needed to be replaced. After comparing prices among the local stores offering this GE range, we opted to go with Best Buy as overall they had the best delivery date and price, including removal of our old range, delivery and installation. The delivery team arrived on time, were courteous, careful and efficient. They tested the unit and explained its features. We were pleased with the entire experience from showroom to installation.

I don't usually have appliances installed, but I bought the gas range as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law and decided to have it delivered and installed. I bought the range on a Thursday evening and my daughter chose to have it installed the following Sunday morning (yes, they delivered on a Sunday!). They were pleasantly surprised when they received a phone call early Sunday morning saying that the delivery was on the way. The delivery went smoothly. The team placed the old oven in the garage (there was nothing wrong with it, we just upgraded appliances). They hooked up the new range in no time at all, including the anti-tip feature. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend having Best Buy deliver and install your new appliance.

The second group of guys that came to install my stove were great. The first group were incompetent and lazy.

Installers were very nice and knowledgeable. Especially thankful that they took great care not to damage our new floors. As for the double oven range, I really love it but the oven racks do not slide out easily. We absolutely love the new fridge. It is the perfect size for us.

The install crew was some of the most professional I have ever encountered. On time, clean, professional, and very friendly! No damage to the house with removal of my old stove or with install of the new!

This father-son team was great, so very helpful and extremely courteous. They even helped move my old stove to the curb.

Gas range install when great. I dont like messing with gas lines so I leave it up to the professionals every time i had use them i never had any issues definitely recommend

Fast service and installed perfectly, they even fixed the line which had to many downsizing connectors and put in the correct size with just 1 connection and shutoff valve.
