The men installed the oven in just a few minutes. They took the time to give me a quick tutorial, and they were very professional.

Of course during these trying times it is scary to have a major appliance stop working and having to navigate getting a new one delivered is a challenge. Luckily for me, Best Buy came to the rescue in not only having the Range I wanted in stock, but being able to deliver and install the range while I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The 2 gentleman that installed the range were very nice and professional and regarded everyone's safety with the utmost importance. The communication from Best Buy was wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the entire experience. Thank you!

Installers were knowledgable and quick. There was a lot of packing material they had to removed before installation so I am glad I purchased the installation; well worth the money.

Installation techs made quick work of removing the old stove and putting the new one in. Very thorough and great communication about what they were doing or if we had any questions. It looks fantastic. Great job.

3rd party company that came when they initially said they would be there and did a professional job of installation. Best Buy's scheduling system screwed up numerous times, and did not communicate well with the installer.

Fast, efficient, very considerate of my furniture. Took the old stove out, unpackaged and installed the new one, levelled it, tested everything, made sure I knew how to use it, took all the trash with them. First rate.

Got our new Samsung stove installed on time. The contractor was friendly and installed the stove in a quick manner and took our old stove. Highly recommended.

The installers they sent out the first time along with the delivery didn't wear their mask correctly in a house with multiple people over 65 and with health conditions. One deliverer had it below their nose, and later on, below their chin. On top of that they wanted additional payment to change an adapter for our gas line that an actually licensed plumber I called said was not needed for oven installation but would do it because we needed the new oven and didn't want your Best Buy's deliverers . Because the plumber was someone we've done business with the in the past they changed the adapter for less than what the initial deliverers wanted. The second deliverers that came out a few days after were actually nice and helpful and respected proper mask and social distancing protocol the entire time. Moved everything quickly, made sure everything worked and were super friendly to the elderly residing here.

The guys did an excellent job installing my new oven.
