The installers were great and did a great job. They show up on time, very polite, they were careful removing old range, and move the old range to garage. My wife loves the new range and it works great.

I personally did not use the gas range installation tools but they worked well when my gas range was installed. I really like my new gas range

The customer needs to make sure that their gas fittings are all working. Apparently, we had a faulty valve, which the Geek Squad installer was prohibited from replacing. He recommended another company to do the installation, which was done. But the installer left me with long screws through our cabinet which required me to uninstall the range, and replace the screws in the anti-tilt bracket, and then reinstall the range. All very time consuming and difficult.

We love this range is excellent and the appearance just gorgeous.

Order Number:BBY01-806088196374 (Samsung stove) was delivered this morning.....forget delivery person's name. He offered to clean the floor where the old stove was, I declined, I did it myself. He explained why the stove was turned on and what I had to do when it was done....everything went well. He explained the various parts of the stove and answered my questions professionally. This gentleman and the one with him brought the stove into the kitchen with ease and no damage. He is very kind, polite, professional, and terrific to work with. I recommend him highly.

We got our service in Cypress, TX and these guys were very kind and very quick when removing our old oven range and moving the new one inside.
