Love Best Buy…delivery was just okay

I paid for installation but was not able to get the dryer of stove hooked up because of the gas and wiring in my ‘new to me’ old house. Was not given any advice or should to contact.

Gas Oven Installation

Smooth Delivery

They sent me a text when they were near, arrived within that time frame and had all 3 of our appliances installed and test run in just over an hour!! They were so courteous and I can't say enough about how they made sure everything was in working order and any questions we had were answered before they left.

They were, however, 3 hours late past my designated time frame. I never received a call from them to let me know they were running late or give me a new time frame.

Fast and down to business

A little pushy

The delivery guys were very pushy with trying to deliver earlier than the scheduled 4-8pm time slot. I specifically chose that window b/c I was at work. They started calling me at 11:30am to deliver within the hour!!
