Overall impressed with the installation crew. They were patient and made sure I was satisfied with the stove in its position. They tested and made sure all the burners were working properly before leaving. After a few days they even came back (at my request) to adjust the stove to make sure it is leveled to my satisfaction. Different people came for the later visit. And they were all courteous and overall knowledgeable.

The delivery and installation of my new gas range went perfectly. I was notified of a time window, and again within 30 minutes of the team's arrival. The men were courteous and careful and tested the stove & oven functions before leaving. Since I was changing from electric to gas, I had previously had a plumber inspect & adjust the existing gas line, but they still had to make some adjustment on the placement of the line , which they were able to do without a problem.

They installed my stove quickly and setbit up for me. Had my pops get a stove from best buy and they installed his perfectly to. On time and quick work of it. They also to9k my old stuff, saved me a trip to the dump.

Great job. It took 3 times to finally get the oven, but when it was delivered the installation was on time and great.

The delivery/installation people were nice, but they weren't qualified to install a gas range. When we purchased our new gas range we were required to purchase a new universal gas range install kit. After approx 25 minutes of struggling with said install kit, our installation person declared that an additional adapter was needed and that he couldn't complete the install. He said that Bestbuy should have made sure we had everything required to complete the installation. So he and his helper leave our new range in the middle of the kitchen and go about the rest of their deliveries. I'm a contractor, I am quite capable of installing my own gas range, but I opted for installation because I didn't feel like having to do it after a long day. Regardless of what I do for a living, we paid for a service that this third party was incapable of performing. So I ended up having to do my install. It didn't take long, but it was aggravating having to add that to an already long day. The best part about doing my own install was that I didn't have to buy some phantom adapter, the installation tech had it upside down (bigger diameter end) and that's why it didn't fit. I spent less than two minutes to dry-fit (no yellow tape or pipe dope) everything together. I can't believe that the person who was in my house was anywhere near a gas range and responsible for hooking it up. In short, I highly recommend that customers get their own install person. We'll continue to shop at Bestbuy, but we'll never use their installation services again. Our experience was great when it was at the store level, meaning that only Bestbuy was involved. Once outside factors came into play, and their third party delivery/installation team was involved our experience was disappointing. Also of note, the actual product we ordered (LG gas range) is fantastic

The installation team that installed my new oven and microwave did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with them. The were friendly, professional and it was obvious that the team lead was very experienced with handing a variety on install projects. They were careful to protect my flooring, walls and other appliances. They cleaned up during and after the installation. The clearly explained everything they were doing. Afterwards, they verified everything was working correctly and made sure I understood how to use my new products. They provided an excellent experience that left me feeling confident.

I would have gone to excellent except for the fact I needed to call them back to balance the stove. Otherwise the guys were great and very helpful.

The men that installed the range were very professional when entering our home, they were very polite easing our fears of having strangers in our home, they were installed the range in no time in the very spot we designated with no problems. They left a clean, clear space with no debris or packaging.. We are very pleased with their work.. I would recommend them to everyone.. The installers are truly a plus to the Best Buy experience.. Thank You to them...
