The range is wonderful! Everything I wanted. Beautiful, easy to use, sleek, cool color, great product. Best Buy, on the other hand has been HORRIBLE. The installers left my home a mess. Trash all over the place, they didn't level the range and didn't push it back against the wall. They didn't assemble the range top - pieces were everywhere. They left the old gas pipe laying outside my front door. They just LEFT. Didn't tell me they were leaving. AND they took my pot lids that I forgot to take out of the bottom drawer! I didn't even know they were gone. I also SIGNED NO PAPERWORK! Nothing. No confirmation that they were even there. And you can't talk to anyone! If you call the store, they say it's not them bc it's an on-line purchase. After sitting on Geek Squad for 45 min someone finally told me someone would call me locally - NEVER DID - and they would return to finish the install. NEVER DID. The only contact I've been able to establish with Best Buy is via FB messenger. Then they tell me that they can't speak to me bc the original purchase was made by my husband. It's been nearly a month and I have YET to hear from Best Buy. Absolutely WORST purchasing experience I've ever had. Definitely buy this range - just NOT from Best Buy.

Very nice looking appliance which makes kitchen look new

It does its job as described. I certainly enjoy have gas appliances, rather than electric.

No problems the guys install my range in under 45 mins. They where careful not to damage anything.

They installed my stove quickly and setbit up for me. Had my pops get a stove from best buy and they installed his perfectly to. On time and quick work of it. They also to9k my old stuff, saved me a trip to the dump.

The men that set up my range were friendly and knew what they were doing. They made me feel as if I was there only delivery for the day.

I had BestBuys subcontractor install my gas range since it was a requirement from my local utility that I have it 'professionally installed' in order to qualify for a rebate. They arrived on time, were professional, courtious, and helped showing a few things on the range before they left. Initially I thought it was a bit of a ripoff as I could have done this myself, but in the end I was busy with other home improvement tasks and was happy they were here to handle it.

I appreciate the installer setting up the oven and explaining to my Mother how to safely operate the oven.

After many reviews and store visits my Samsung stove was a great choice. The Geek Squad protection plan was a great service to purchase.
