The install was quite easy, but it's still something better left to the pros. Gas line went in and the guys were helpful to inform me of expectations and how to dos in case I have to ever pull out and remove/reconnect

Best Buy has the best delivery service I’ve experienced thus far...but when the service men attempted to disconnect my gas range they claimed the gas valve was corroded. I finally got someone out here from the gas company and they explained, it was not corroded at all. The gas company disconnected the existing gas line and helped installed the new range (thank goodness I had Best Buy leave it in my garage). Nonetheless, Best Buy returned my install fee propmptly....I would recommend their delivery and install service. This go around just wasn’t that impressionable.

The only reason I gave two stars is the guys were friendly and got it put in without damage. They did leave and I smelled gas. I questioned myself for two days on this and finally pulled the range out and sprayed with a mix of soap and water. Sprayed gas at connection to wall and at the range. It was bubbling like crazy at the range. I loosened just a hair and retightened it and the leak was gone. Would reccoment with reservations if you would notice the smell and able to fix if needed.

The installers are extremely knowledgeable about the product and the installation process for the stove. They provided thorough explanations and demonstrated how to operate the stove with precision.

installation went well. Those attachment parts should have come free but it was sold separately.

The installation guy was very nice. Professional and courteous. He made shire we know how to operate everything before he left.

I actually was told due to the age of my lines that they couldn't unhook or install, overall I'm not mad about it. The team came to my house and explained how to unhook and hook up the new lines. Very informative and was a simple job for me.

The guys came earlier than expected (they called ahead to make sure it was OK) and were fast and professional during the installation.
