It was fine. My stove is definitely not level though. They seemed eager to leave. He told me to run it 30 min before using it but didn't warn me it would smell AWFUL.

Had my stove installed. Tech came with everything required. Took his time and left in perfect working order. Did not leave any trash.

The install team did an awesome job with our gas range. Fred was our main contact. They were friendly, timely and very knowledgable about the install process and our stove.

The install was quite easy, but it's still something better left to the pros. Gas line went in and the guys were helpful to inform me of expectations and how to dos in case I have to ever pull out and remove/reconnect

Oh. My. God. This has been a nightmare and it is still going on. This is the last time I ever buy a major appliance from Best Buy. No one knows what is going on and has no clue as to what comes next. It must take extra effort to be this bad at communication at this day and age of electronics for information sharing. You advertise that there is free installation. I wait for them to bring the oven I buy and install it. They first tell me I need to wait for a week for that to happen. The day of delivery, two guys drop it off and literally hurry off saying that they cannot install it and they do not know who is going to install it and when. I call the 800 number and everybody I talk to has no clue why they left without installation. They are as surprised and frustrated as I am. In the end I had to make another appointment for the installation four days later and the guy comes in half an hour late than the five hour window and he says "I am here to fix your oven. What is wrong with it?" Are you friggin kidding me? He does not know he is here to install a new oven. How do you even find these guys Best Buy? Then I explain the situation to him and he is disturbed that he has to install a new oven and is looking for every excuse to get out of it. He finally says the gas pipe is rusty and this must be why the previous installation guys were not able to do it. It takes some more time for me to make him understand that there were no previous guys who came to install the thing. He then tells us that our lives are in danger because of the pipe and we need to have it changed by a plumber. He rushes off into the night telling us we need to call again and make another appointment. I call and I cannot make an appointment for next Monday because they do not have any openings. Of course they don't. I will have to wait till after Thanksgiving for somebody else to come back and all this time, I have an oven sitting in my living room waiting to be installed. For some reason, I have my doubts it will happen the day it is promised again. Never again I am buying anything major from Best Buy. Maybe not even a small thing either cuz your guys swarm everybody who comes through the door wanting to help sell something and when it comes to being served properly, everybody is walking around like a headless chicken with no clues.

Quick install but they were very cautious. Guy made sure to explain to me features and to play with it before they left . Great job!
