Everything was good but the person push the stove from the middle of the kitchen and scratched all my new floor that just got a week before bought all this appliances that the only part dissatisfied me and the over the range microwave that was drop and huge damage

The installers did not know what they were doing. They were trying to loosen an area that should not have been Then, they told me that I needed to hire a contractor to finish installing. All of this was happening on Christmas Eve and I needed the stove to make Christmas dinner for my 4 kids. Thankfully, I was able to get someone from the gas company to come that same day. They finished installing the stove in 8 minutes.

Very easy installation process, super professional

Range is lovely and the installation went just fine.

The only reason I gave two stars is the guys were friendly and got it put in without damage. They did leave and I smelled gas. I questioned myself for two days on this and finally pulled the range out and sprayed with a mix of soap and water. Sprayed gas at connection to wall and at the range. It was bubbling like crazy at the range. I loosened just a hair and retightened it and the leak was gone. Would reccoment with reservations if you would notice the smell and able to fix if needed.

The two service installation techs did an excellent job installing my new Samsung Gas Range. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving. They quickly removed my old stove and proceeded to install the new gas line and the safety valve. They installed the new Samsung Range in no time and then showed me the stove functions. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy.

Best Buy has the best delivery service I’ve experienced thus far...but when the service men attempted to disconnect my gas range they claimed the gas valve was corroded. I finally got someone out here from the gas company and they explained, it was not corroded at all. The gas company disconnected the existing gas line and helped installed the new range (thank goodness I had Best Buy leave it in my garage). Nonetheless, Best Buy returned my install fee propmptly....I would recommend their delivery and install service. This go around just wasn’t that impressionable.

The team did a professional installation on our new gas range!

The workers could not install due to my gas line did not work for the gas line hose they brought. No fault on their part. They looked to see if they had a compatible fitting in their tool box but did not. I purchased new fittings and connector hose from Home Depot and did the hook up myself.

Highly recommend this service! We had a lot of help with getting the stove installed!!

Installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the installation in a timely manner. No complaints.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. They took my old stove and left my new one ready to go!
