Incredible Delivery and Install

Fast, thorough, and made sure to go over everything with me to make sure I felt super comfortable before they left.

First delivery and installation went ok, or so I thought. Had some concerns with smells coming from oven. Replacement came fast and installer noticed Gad line hookups had been installed in reverse, and fixed. No issues since

Good Products. Disappointing Install Experience.

Installers said the 5/8" gas line that came with the range is incompatible with the gas pipe connector (latter is larger than 5/8"). Nothing they could do to get the range installed. Need an adaptor or call a plumber. When we had a Best Buy dishwasher installed a year or so ago, they pinched the drain line, leaking water under the dishwasher when we ran it. Had to call a Whirlpool maintenance man to change out the drain line. Happy with Best Buy products. Not so much with installation.
