Install guys were great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Install guys were great...especially considering that the 1st range I ordered was LOST by Best Buy and I went 3 weeks with no cooking apparatus. The store didn't tell me that the installers can't install a slide in as the top of said slide in rests on the counter tops (in my case granite) and that the granite could break...and they don't / can't do it due to the liability. That was annoying as I should have been told by the sales rep. Anyhow, we got it in and it looks great and the guys were super nice.

They only checked if the stove lights and flames were turning on.

Better than last time installation

This is a replacement for one that required replacement because it never worked properly. I still don't know whether it was a manufacturing defect or poor installation. This last one took months to replace but this crew took the time to test all features and oven temperature before they left. I bought this for my Mom and she's a happy baker now.
