Appliance install

The anti tip bracket for the stove was simply screwed into Sheetrock with short screws, which does absolutely nothing and pulls out of the wall easily (it won’t support a tipping stove) And mess they left behind from removing and reinstalling the microwave and stove - they should have cleaned up after themselves instead of pushing the stove over the mess and leaving.

Gas stove

Next day I ordered online with a customer service person that was so helpful, she went up and beyond. The couple that installed the stove were the best ever. Very efficient and so polite.

Have used Best Buy’s installation services three times over the past year and never had any issues.
