A little heads up....

On the first visit, the technicians took one look behind my old range and said they couldn't install because the gas cutoff was in the basement, not behind the oven. What? Why didn't anyone mention this before? The second trip was successful (after my plumber moved the cutoff). The guys were courteous, efficient, and careful, moving the old range out and the new one in with no damage to the floor. The ratings under the breakdown refer to the actual installation.

Best buy installers

Do not let them send you 3rd party installers! They did not covert my stove properly to propane they left it hooked up as gas! I had all black soot in my brand new stove. It could have blew up! They dont know what they arw doing scratched my floor!

They removed the old range and brought the new one inside without incident. They worked to get everything leveled and set up the gas carefully. They made adjustments until the bracket in back and the range fit perfectly. Thanks guys for a perfect gas range install!

For the first time I am happy with the installation service, total time from ordering to getting a working gas range was under 24 hours!
