We had to reschedule installation a number of times due to construction delays, and after installation have the team return to adjust the height of the range to match the counter height, they did so without any issues whatsoever.

They arrived when they said they would be there. They came in took out the old stove. Then brought the new one in and installed it. Altogether they were at my house about 20 minutes. If I had a question they were happy to answer it.

I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and they would not install unless it fit perfectly in the area. They did have to come back which wasn’t an issue.

Understand the logic and the guys were nice, but it would've been nice to have that verified prior to waiting for the appointment and getting midway through
