They worked very well together and cleaned up all the packing materials and Debris! They took the time to level the units and demonstrate the operation of each unit after it was installed!

Delivery Team was great

They were on time in the last snow storm and they were careful and cleaned up. I wish these two individuals had delivered my other appliances, excellent job by this team.

Great service professionals

They only took minutes to bring it in and set it up. They took great care not to damage anything or track anything into the house. Very courteous. I would recommend this service to anyone who purchases an oven from Best Buy.

Delivery with gas hookup is about it

Understand the logic and the guys were nice, but it would've been nice to have that verified prior to waiting for the appointment and getting midway through

I was told the Geek Squad would deliver, but it didn't take long to see these guys were either not the GS, or needed a lot more practice. Nothing glaringly wrong, and they were pleasant and respectful, but the handling was dubious and I had to supply the pipe dope for hookup. My biggest issue was the Covid protocols. They wore masks, albeit under the nose for one guy, no distancing (we tried), and zero cleanup with wipes or disinfectants.

I paid over $1,700.00 for my new stove and it did not come with an instruction book. I would like one so I know what my stove will do and how to operate it.
