It’s a nice unit, but installation was not coordinated smoothly. Turned out OK finally. Courteous crew.

The service is very delicate and accurate, also they show shows you how to use the appliance.

The men who came out to install my oven were very professional and polite. They only took minutes to bring it in and set it up. They took great care not to damage anything or track anything into the house. Very courteous. I would recommend this service to anyone who purchases an oven from Best Buy.

The guys did a great job. They were both very friendly and got it installed quickly.

The 2 man crew installed a new oven for us. As promised, we were contacted the day before confirming the delivery range. They showed up about 5 minutes early and quickly unhooked and removed the old range. The new unit was brought in, gas line installed and test, and then they gave us a brief tutorial. Guys were friendly and did things very carefully. Very happy!

Was very satisfied will the installation once the range was finally delivery. It was supposed to be included with 3 other appliances that were ordered. However, once this order was processed, everything went smoothly. This was for an out of state rental and the tenant was satisfied.

I wrote another review about the poor service and crappy attitude of the delivery guys. I don't feel like writing out the whole thing again, but hey, $400 gift card potential may be worth it. Bad service, rude attitudes, intimidating demeanor, damaged walls. No thanks.. Will not use again. Buyer beware.

The installation of my range was quick and easy. Delivery was excellent.

The range arrived damaged. I was told the Geek Squad would deliver, but it didn't take long to see these guys were either not the GS, or needed a lot more practice. Nothing glaringly wrong, and they were pleasant and respectful, but the handling was dubious and I had to supply the pipe dope for hookup. My biggest issue was the Covid protocols. They wore masks, albeit under the nose for one guy, no distancing (we tried), and zero cleanup with wipes or disinfectants.
