After getting the correct one, they installed my gas range. After it was working well, they told us to turn on the oven for twenty minutes. This is has something to do with a coating in a new oven that might leave a smell when you first use it. Thanks for their experience.

He used my name in speaking to me and did an excellent job of explaining every portion of the install. Once the installation was complete he made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I will definitely recommend Geek Squad installation!

What a joke

Dryer was slammed up against my furnace, water lines were reversed on washer, and he left the new dryer vent in the box and installed the old one. Washer and dryer were left crooked and spaced apart nothing looked neat.

Best Buy Install Gentlemen - On Time/Professional

They arrived as scheduled, they worked in tandem to get the job done quickly, professionally, and correctly. Both Best Buy employees were knowledgeable and courteous too! Kudos to both!
