This tech knew what he was doing and had all the tools. In and out in a jiffy. It's the luck of the draw as the previous tech said we need a plumber to remove the stove from the gas line and actually he just needed two plyers so he could hold one nut and unscrew the other.

Good job, the technician allowed me to clean the space from the old cooker, showed me the features and set the oven to burn off the coating. Thanks!

The two men who installed our range and over the range microwave were very friendly and professional! They followed all the procedures needed due to the pandemic and that was greatly appreciated! Our installation and delivery had been delayed due to product availability and then due to the pandemic.

Our double oven was delivered and installed. Was suppose to install a new gas line but the old gas line was too hard to disconnect.

Installers were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased how efficient and thorough they were. This stove is amazing. True to temp. Perfect for my condo. Did everything online. Amazing! Next is dishwasher and refrigerator! Thank you!!!!

Nice appearance Found center grate (additional expense) to be more useful than griddle section Heating function major aggravation - preheat indicator turns off way in advance of desired temp. Sometimes close to an hour for actual desired temp to be reached

Good service but not what I would like. they looked like they were in a hurry and didn't have time to show me everything and set it as it should be

The two men who delivered, installed, and removed our old stove were fast, efficient, and nice to the two of us trying to rapidly clean out the area after th old stove was removed. So nice not to listen to DH swear while installing and leaving the old stove out for the metal scrappers.

Techs were on time and very professional. Explained what they were doing and advised me what to do incase a problem arose, which it hasn't.

I've only ever had one oven installed, but if I ever need to do it again I hope the people that do it are as great as the guys that installed this one. They did an phenomenal job and were finished in under an hour.

For not cooking on gas for 30 plus years, this is a great stove.
