He checked our LG range so well to make sure it would be better than the one we returned to them. We will use Geek Squad installation all the time because how honest and helpful they were!!!

Gas range installation

After the delivery men left I noticed that I did not have the temperature probe. Went to the store to let them know. It took some doing but we figured out which part to order and I now have the probe and life is good.

On time and professional

They were not only on time, but at the very beginning of the delivery window! When they got there they were very efficient, professional, extremely careful not to damage anything, and very thorough in completing their jobs! Highly recommended!

Stove install

It wasn't installed because the gas line needed a new valve. This message is forcing me to provide a rating. I don't want to provide a rating because the job couldn't be completed, so it isn't the installers fault that the job isn't complete. I guess I'll put a mid-range because job is still not complete.
