The crew that installed the new stove were great and got eveset up and working before they left and they also took away the old stove that my parents had for over 30 years.

3 different deliveries were messed up by best buy. Once they call the day off installation and cancel saying the wrong stove was on the order. Second, they cancel the day off because of some issue. Third time they show up to install a stove but they didn't bring the stove with them. Forth time they finally show up with the stove. This took over a month to get right. I had to cancel 4 family functions because your team didn't do what they were hired to do.

It took four visits before the stove was installed. Installers seem confused about how to deal with valve for gas, insisting they couldn't reach it - I could and I'm old enough to be their mother or even grandmother. And other things, including not the right equipment. Manager of the department finally got someone in to do it. Not up to the standards I've found from Best Buy Tech Support for computers!

Very nice range had problem with the inside door seal called the geek squad who called GE repair because it is still under the 90 day warranty this took a min but the young man did his job in connecting us the FE person came out and did a fantastic repair

Two men came, and applied the anti-tip bracket (that the man who installed the oven didn’t.) They were very quick and they even leveled the stove for me, without me even asking them. Now I feel very safe using my new Samsung gas oven!

Terrible first Samsung Natural Gas range I ever bought. The stove kept emitting a terrible smell. Samsung and installed both told me to do a "burn off" which I did 4 times at 1 hour each time. Last time I ran stove in "Air Fryer mode" which turns on the internal fan. After performing this burnoff, both my Carbon Monoxide detectors went off. Had to open up all windows and call the Fire Department. Immediately called Best Buy to replace it. I now have a second Samsung Stove which I performed the same burnoff with no CO2 alerts. So far so good but we could have died from the first Stove. Thats BAD.

Bought it with the stove and works very well, I recommend it
