the original delivery people wouldn't hook up the slide in stove. Told them to cancel and refund I would do it. Couldn't get the old hose off so called Best Buy to reschedule. wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount when the original cost was only $20. They finally worked it out for the original $20 price. install scheduled 3 days later took 10 minutes.

They installed this , I had no issues with it......

The service people are very gentle and kind. They stayed until we tested every function. They also taught us how to use. Good experience.

If I could give no stars, I would. After waiting a week for my delivery, the installation did not happen. They never told me that the shuttle valve had to be behind the stove. They were courteous, but still didn't do it. I have an old home and it is in the basement. The shuttle valve was clearly within the four feet required, as it was directly under where the stove was to be placed. After delivery, I noticed the scratch on the upper part of the stove which is now chipping off. They sent me a $50 gift card. Will not buy from them again.

Best Buy technicians must carry steel pipe wrenches for better disconnect/connect gas lines.

Install team was great. Super fast and even showed us how to use some of the buttons. Absolutely worth the price to have the install team come and get you set up the right way

The tech was ready to install the range when he arrived at my house. I was excited to receive the product after being out of stock for over a month. He apologized for the wait and quickly installed the gas range.

Terrible first Samsung Natural Gas range I ever bought. The stove kept emitting a terrible smell. Samsung and installed both told me to do a "burn off" which I did 4 times at 1 hour each time. Last time I ran stove in "Air Fryer mode" which turns on the internal fan. After performing this burnoff, both my Carbon Monoxide detectors went off. Had to open up all windows and call the Fire Department. Immediately called Best Buy to replace it. I now have a second Samsung Stove which I performed the same burnoff with no CO2 alerts. So far so good but we could have died from the first Stove. Thats BAD.
