Very good technician! Very good install. Did extra work on the gas connector because It was old and starting to leak. We had forgot some pans and baking sheets in our old oven and the technician was nice enough to return them to us a few days later.

The technicians did an amazing job at installing the stove/oven. They were exceptional and did it quickly without any issues.

The first time the gas range got installed the group was beyond professional. They went out of their way however the gas range had to be exchanged and the the second group was not good at all. They didnt follow any of the safety regulations.

So far an excellent stove for the price. I've had it for about 3 weeks. The temperature of the oven seems accurate. You do need to be careful not to turn on a burner when you lean forward to touch something on the back control panel .I like being able to move my pans around on the top of the stove easily.

Like this GE range. Love that the light comes on the oven automatically when you open the door. Like the griddle but I am going to purchase the extra grate for my larger pots.

The insulation of my Viking range was professionally done. Everything was checked and double checked to be sure it was in working order and all packing material were cleaned up and left no mess for me to deal with.

The Best Buy install process was seamless. They kept me posted at every step. I could make changes to delivery and install dates from my phone. The team arrived on time and had all the accessories for a quick install.

the range is great but does not get installed very close to the wall because of space restrictions about 3 inches from the wall

Representative called twice before coming and we courteous when arriving. They seemed to be in a rush and seemed a bit uncaring when unpacking the grates and wanted to place them on the stainless stove so I told them I would finish. I didn't want my new appliance to be scratched.

The installers did a fabulous job installing my new stove! Thank God, everything set up, and showed me how to use it.
