I was able to get my appliance installed, however it was done in a hurry and not done as properly as I would have liked. I would advise you to stay in the same room while your installers are present so that they can do your install exactly the way you want it. I missed some things, and wish they would come back to fix it.

They came on time installed in very easily and had no problems and were very friendly.

Had a very good experience with the two gentlemen that came to install my stove. They were sent out since I didn't have the correct gas line for installation when the stove was actually delivered. They were both very friendly, informative and efficient.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Kitchenade door was ill fitting and crooked. Tech didn’t care. Had to have techs come out repeatedly. Inside of glass door dirty upon arrival. Door still leaks far too much heat and in the summer this is a huge issue as it heats my house up so much my AC cannot keep up.

Tommy did an exceptional job installing the range. He was timely, yet careful & respectful to the property - especially the floors & countertops. Took time to explain any pertinent functions in case I wasn't already aware.

This range was delivered and installed. When I arrived home the house was FULL OF GAS. When I pulled the range out to disconnect it there was a large dent in the side that they had concealed. It took numerous phone calls (always routed to a call center) to get them to pick it up and I was told that they would replace it on 6/16. They then texted that they had to reschedule and after several more phone calls I was told that they could not replace until August! It also took multiple calls to finally get my refunds (the first was miscalculated) today a month later. It was made clear to me that my business means nothing to them.

I don't cook that much for the family, so I really can't tell a lot. I am an OCD, so as far as cleaning goes i'll give it a five star for it because it is soooo EASY to clean. Also, the installer are nice, knowledgeable and respectful. They even removed their shoes before getting inside the house.

The two gentlemen that completed the installation was efficient and very knowledgeable. They completed the installation in less than 30 min and in that time they were able to install, test the equipment and explain what to expect.
