After the first delivery of my stove the second group was professional and component in knowing how to install my stove

That called and asked if i minded if they could install 2 hours easily. Of course

Gas range installer were knowledgeable. Installation was nicely done.

They came by as designated date and time. They replaced our old gas range with new one we ordered and made sure it was functioning well and safely as shown in quick guide. They hauled away the old range as well. We were happy for their service.

The installers did a great professional job. They were kind and made sure all was good before they left.

The techs who installed our range were skilled, helpful, and friendly. A hummingbird flew into our house during the install, and ANDY got the hummingbird on his finger and took it outside. Please give this man a BONUS for his exceptional service!

The Best Buy installation crew are second to none. They show up on time, do their job efficiently and correctly, clean up when they are finished, and clearly explain how to operate your new purchase.

While installing the stove they found a gas leak underneath the floor in my kitchen. I was able to get it fixed while they were in home. I am thankful I had them come in to install

The two gentlemen who installed and hauled were amazing. We have actually had them out when we had a refrigerator delivered. They were extremely polite and professional. I definitely recommend.

Early in the morning the deliver & install in couple of minutes

Was under the impression that this was a full install but it was no were close. I ordered the range online with install. They dropped off the range damage and set up for natural gas. When placing the range the did so that my wife didn't not the damage. The corner of the range was hit so hard that it wouldn't fit into the cut out of my previous range, which was the small make and model just a different year. They also just left me the hose to connect the LP line with out teflon tape. Need less to say it required a lot of work to make my range work.

The Geek Squad did a great job on the installation, they took our old stove out and installed our new range, they took our old refrigerator down stairs for us, which wasn't an easy task. They were very helpful, knowalable, kind . Good people. Hard workers

MY DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, HAD OLD STOVE REMOVED, TWO DELIVERY MEN, WERE BOTH PATIENT, WELL QUALIFIED, AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR INSTALLATION. TESTED EVERYTHING AND ASKED ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. AFTER I SAID NO, THEN THEY LEFT. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

The guys were friendly and efficient. They came in and installed, removed our old one without problems.

The installation wS not done by the technician but they offer excellent advice to connect the range.
