    The two gentlemen that made the delivery were great. Very professional, friendly, quick and neat. They removed my old stove and was very careful during the whole process.

    MY REVIEW IS FOR OSCAR ONLY, not for BB customer service in or the company and the 1st install date. I had two teams with two different install appointments. Up until the time my 2nd appt came, I was planning to return my range. The 2nd team was amazing. Oscar is FABULOUS. I filed two complaints about service, not Oscars, but the 1st and the 3rd party company and BBs response, and not a single response from BB. Oscar is who shouldve been sent the 1st time. He knows not only his job, but how to treat a customer. Oscar shouldnt be working for that shady install company. He is better than that

    it is okay, unfortunatley when I turn on oven I smell gas sometimes. Had tech come out because oven did not seem to be burning evenly. Had tech check this also when he came out said it was fine??"

    It only took 10 minutes to install. I liked that the delivery guys are trained to install your appliance without having to call in a second party plumber to connect it wich most places I did my homework with had. They deliver the next day but you’d wait 2 weeks before their plumber could come connect it. I didn’t like I had to pay to recycle my old one after I spent all that money on a new one, recycling should have been free.

    Our newly remodeled kitchen required extra effort in making sure everything was perfect and working as it should be. The installers who finished the job were friendly, patient with our questions, and professional in every way.

    The agents arrived at the time promised and were very efficient and professional. Jordan showed me how to operate the range. I will definitely use Best Buy's installation service on my next appliance.

    perfect installation, they set up everything perfect and the stove works fine, we had a gas leak but all they had to do was tighten the gasket and now everything is fine

    The young man who delivered the gas range was very efficient and knowledgeable in terms of the installation process. He was thoughtful and gave very good explanations as to the process.

    They arrived on time and completed the install fast. Very professional, and they took care to make sure they didn't bump into anything else. They tested the oven to insure everything worked. Well done.

    I purchased a Whirlpool stove from Best Buy, delivery was great. They took my old stove and connected the new stove which was seamless. The product works fine, although the flame is a little high, no slow simmer. We learn to live with some things considering the value and warranty. Luv Best Buy, not to many stores around.

    We purchase a new 30" free-standing gas range and had already removed the old range. A team of two Geek Squad members brought in the new range, but they were not able to connect the new stove to the existing gas connection. The connection did not seem to fit well, so they made the decision that it was best if we had a plumber come check things out to avoid any problems, which we did. They were very pleasant, thoughtful, and professional, which we greatly appreciate.

    I have been very happy with my stove, it a great unit specially for the price. The heat is consistent, I like the selection of different size burners and the center brittle is great for pancakes and it looks good.

    They did a good job installing. Came on time and we're very quick. Can't give it five stars thought because first time they installed they forgot to remove some tape which ruined my first stove. Best Buy sent me a new one which was great but feel only can give 4 stars because of the initial issue.

    On Nov 27, 2025, I made an online purchase from Best Buy of a LG Slide-In Gas Range, at what I thought was a good price. I also paid for them to haul away the old range and install the new one. I was told that a team would come on Saturday, Nov. 29 to do the work. They did, indeed, show up with the range, but told me that they couldn’t haul away the old one, nor could they install the new one because they didn’t know how. So, they put my recently purchased new range back on their truck and drove away. Then followed the NIGHTMARE of interaction with the Best Buy so-called “customer service” department, all the representatives of which were in India since the local store never answers their phone, but transfers all calls to the phone bank in India. After repeated phone calls and online live texts, and waiting on hold as long as 50 minutes, I finally managed to get the service rescheduled to Monday, Dec. 1. I made an in person visit to the local Best Buy store and was told that it looked like everything was set on my account, but they couldn’t tell me anything more than what they saw on their screen. The team again showed up with my range, brought it inside, set it down in its box in the kitchen, and told me that they couldn’t haul away my old range or install the new one because they did not have the skills to do so!! This was followed by multiple additional calls and texts to the people in India with many promises of fixing the situation; but nothing happened. I made a second in person visit to the local store and this time spoke with a manager who arranged another haul off/installation date for Thursday, Dec. 11. I took off another day from work to be at home to admit the installers, but received a call from the person they sent telling me that he couldn’t install the new range because he didn’t work with gas. So, a no show. Then came another series of phone calls with the people in India who rescheduled the installation and haul away yet again for Saturday, Dec. 13. Once again they cancelled and didn’t show, the FOURTH time!!! If possible I would give Best Buy customer service negative stars instead of just one. I am VERY unhappy with the shoddy treatment I have received from Best Buy and will never purchase anything from them again. I will now schedule installation and haul away with a third party not related to Best Buy and pay for it myself. Buyer beware!!

    The second install was great. 1st stove was damaged and the installation service was not good. 1st attempt of second delivery was poor and needed to be rescheduled. Second (and final) attempt to deliver and install my stove was great and I would give a five star if it was based upon the last installers alone.

    Installation was done fast. They stayed on for 20 more minutes to test the range since this was a no hassle replacement. (Original stove delivered had a crack in the gas part.) Very good customer service!

    The two delivery men were very professional. They wore face coverings and gloves. First the unhooked the old gas line and removed the stove. Next the delivery man installed the new gas line. The two men brought in the new stove. It was hooked up to the new gas line. Next, the plastic was removed and the stove was wiped down with cleaning cloths. All five burners were turned on and the clock was set. I was told to turn the oven on for one hour at 400 degrees. The delivery man placed the owner's manual in my hand. I am very pleased with the installation of my new stove and the removal of the old one.

    The installation guys were knowledgeable however I think it’s a rushed job. They could take time to level the stove instead of rushing to their next job.
