The Geek Squad did a great job on the installation, they took our old stove out and installed our new range, they took our old refrigerator down stairs for us, which wasn't an easy task. They were very helpful, knowalable, kind . Good people. Hard workers

The two installers were on time and installed our gas range quickly and cleaned up all the packaging. They were very professional.

The two service men delivered the stove, unpacked everything and connected it with a new connector within 20 minutes. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the stove was delivered on time, just when they said it would be.!

MY DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, HAD OLD STOVE REMOVED, TWO DELIVERY MEN, WERE BOTH PATIENT, WELL QUALIFIED, AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR INSTALLATION. TESTED EVERYTHING AND ASKED ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. AFTER I SAID NO, THEN THEY LEFT. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

They came in to install and new stove and gas line. I will recommend Best Buy to all my friends and family.

They were called to lower the stove I could open the grills completely to clean. They lowered the stove. They left it uneven both to the sides and up and down. They were told that it was not even and they said well we have to leave. So I'm not happy. Far from it. Which is the main reason I don't want to deal with Best Buy anymore.

Installers were very professional; followed all protocals regarding cleanliness, safety heath and clean-up; answered any questions concerning range operation and care. All in all, very satisfied.

These guys take care of business. They were respectful and very careful. They handled their business and were greats extensions of the Best Buy family/organization. Please keep hiring these type of employees. Felt safe, and knew everything was going to be ok.

Service was prompt and on time . Very courteous and knowledgeable.

There wasn't any preview for us that the range wouldn't fit the space. It is sticking out about 2 to 3 inches and looks stupid. Now we have to have someone to come over and see if they can adjust the counter and wall behind the range to have it fit in the cabinets like our old range did. Really disappointed in the installation.

My very expensive gas stove had problems! Called Geek Squad and they replaced it! Bravo Geek Squad! The boys were efficient and reinstalled the new one!

the gas range was not in stock, so we did have to wait a little, and we personally had some time restrictions,but your staff was very understanding. they worked with us to get it and installed on time!11

Two gentleman showed up to do the install pulled out the old oven installed new gas line installed new oven very professional cleaned up area very well would definitely recommend
