    I wrote another review about the poor service and crappy attitude of the delivery guys. I don't feel like writing out the whole thing again, but hey, $400 gift card potential may be worth it. Bad service, rude attitudes, intimidating demeanor, damaged walls. No thanks.. Will not use again. Buyer beware.

    Driver missed first delivery time and rescheduled. The second time the came within the scheduled window. And overall process was ok. The did left the range too far from the wall and I had to insist on pushing it closer. Kitchen Floor got scratched. There were no protection of any sort.

    The team which was assigned to install a new cooking range at my house were very professionals. The whole process which includes removing the old range and installing a new one only took less than an hour. I was very happy with their service.

    The 2 men that installed the microwave & flex oven were organized from the beginning to the end of of the installation process. After the installation they explain all the pertinent functions and features of these appliances.

    Couldn’t have our stove installed due to an old gas line but they were very helpful and informed us exactly what needed to be done to get it installed and were able to install it ourselves with their guidance

    They were called to lower the stove I could open the grills completely to clean. They lowered the stove. They left it uneven both to the sides and up and down. They were told that it was not even and they said well we have to leave. So I'm not happy. Far from it. Which is the main reason I don't want to deal with Best Buy anymore.

    The Team installed both our washer and dryer today. Excellent to wok with. They removed our old appliances over a few flights of stairs. Very meticulous and courteous.

    3 different deliveries were messed up by best buy. Once they call the day off installation and cancel saying the wrong stove was on the order. Second, they cancel the day off because of some issue. Third time they show up to install a stove but they didn't bring the stove with them. Forth time they finally show up with the stove. This took over a month to get right. I had to cancel 4 family functions because your team didn't do what they were hired to do.

    The installers did an excellent job. They were polite, tidy and made good suggestions with regards to the oven. I was very comfortable that the two installers knew what they were doing!

    They removed the old range and allowed me to clean the space under it before installing the new one. They were quick and knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything.

    Well it’s not that difficult to do the installation on your own, The delivery team does get you up and running fast and ensure it all connections are working appropriately on site. Worth the extra $20.

    Very poor service. They successfully hooked the range up to the gas line, so maybe that is all that was suppose to be done with the installation, I don't know. They didn't secure the back panel and didn't leave me the hardware to do it either. The felt they installed under the range top sticks about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch outside the unit on each side. They didn't level it, and just left the burner grates sitting on the top, didn't even put the notchs into the holes. luckily they didn't scratch the surface. I am sure I am forgetting more. I completed their survey, but never heard any thing back. Maybe they were too embarrassed. Never again.
