They go above and beyond. Other contractors have told me they weren't hired to remove my exisiting appliances.

They were polite and courteous. They apologized for an issue they had no doing. They were quick and allowed me time to clean under the old stove.

And for the price (got it on sale) there isn't a better deal out there. The Best Buy salespeople were great and very knowledgeable. Great purchase!

GREAT INSTALL!

From speaking with them on the phone, to the install guys, their customer service is top notch!!!!! VERY pleased!

The safety manual requires the anti tipping mechanism be installed before use. Five of the six crews had no idea how to install
