The men who installed my stove were wonderful. They knew what they were doing and were careful. The hose didn't fit my gas line and they were willing to wait for me to pick up an adapter at the neighborhood hardware store. Their service was wonderful.

They removed the old range and allowed me to clean the space under it before installing the new one. They were quick and knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything.

The 2 men that installed the microwave & flex oven were organized from the beginning to the end of of the installation process. After the installation they explain all the pertinent functions and features of these appliances.

Couldn’t have our stove installed due to an old gas line but they were very helpful and informed us exactly what needed to be done to get it installed and were able to install it ourselves with their guidance

Driver missed first delivery time and rescheduled. The second time the came within the scheduled window. And overall process was ok. The did left the range too far from the wall and I had to insist on pushing it closer. Kitchen Floor got scratched. There were no protection of any sort.

The team which was assigned to install a new cooking range at my house were very professionals. The whole process which includes removing the old range and installing a new one only took less than an hour. I was very happy with their service.

Very poor service. They successfully hooked the range up to the gas line, so maybe that is all that was suppose to be done with the installation, I don't know. They didn't secure the back panel and didn't leave me the hardware to do it either. The felt they installed under the range top sticks about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch outside the unit on each side. They didn't level it, and just left the burner grates sitting on the top, didn't even put the notchs into the holes. luckily they didn't scratch the surface. I am sure I am forgetting more. I completed their survey, but never heard any thing back. Maybe they were too embarrassed. Never again.

Best Buy has great delivery service, the people that set up appliances are quick and efficient.

The gas range is for a rental unit so it is best to have a gas appliance professionally installed. Best Buy guys did a great job.

Well it’s not that difficult to do the installation on your own, The delivery team does get you up and running fast and ensure it all connections are working appropriately on site. Worth the extra $20.

Definitely recommend BestBuy to keep considering these guys for installations. They go above and beyond. Other contractors have told me they weren't hired to remove my exisiting appliances.

The technicians were prompt, and completed the job quickly and properly.
