Very pleased with the installation and the crew that installed my new gas range. They were fast and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered.

Installation team arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

They installed the range on Wednesday, but they did not level it before they left. It’s so un-level that you can’t really cook on it. Have called 1-800-BESTBUY 3 times, and the earliest they say they can schedule a service is 8 days out. This was the installers’ mess up, so I don’t understand. Plus, the same installers came on Monday and told us the range couldn’t be installed because there was not a shut off valve. We had the plumber, and that wasn’t true. The installers just didn’t know how it worked.

Install was ok, they leveled it etc but there is a wall gap. They claim it is because of the double oven, will see... When they peeled off the plastic film from front they left a huge area of adhesive that took a lot of scrubbing and soaking to remove

My range did not work when delivered. And sadly with the whole Covid 19 going on it took two months ,A Samsung tech coming out twice and the best-buy geek squad coming four times to get it fixed properly. Below it shows I purchased it 5/7/2020. But in reality it was March 17th

The individual who came to install my 2 stoves and refrigerator was very informative and professional. The time line in which the installation was finished took too long.

The service was great. The installers called well ahead of time and were very attentive not to damage the product I bought and my property.

Last install comment - the head man was certified in electrical, plumbing, etc, so was well prepared for problems if they were to occur. Good peace of mind.

This crew at least put it in place and tried to level it with the counter. They trusted scent to tell if the gas hookup was good. I had a plumber review it. Some times the scent added to natural gas is weak and sniffing isn’t enough

Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. When I ask questions they did not make me feel I asked a dumb question!!

I recently purchased a new range for my house and used the installation Services offered through Best Buy. They were called ahead of time, arrived on schedule, and were nice. I would use this service again.
