They installed the range on Wednesday, but they did not level it before they left. It’s so un-level that you can’t really cook on it. Have called 1-800-BESTBUY 3 times, and the earliest they say they can schedule a service is 8 days out. This was the installers’ mess up, so I don’t understand. Plus, the same installers came on Monday and told us the range couldn’t be installed because there was not a shut off valve. We had the plumber, and that wasn’t true. The installers just didn’t know how it worked.

Original range was scratched and had to be replaced.

The men who installed my new gas range did an efficient, quick and thorough job.They even cleaned up after themsrlves and we were instructed in the first use of the oven in order to remove the film coating of a new oven.

Installers did a great job and made all things work.

The people who delivered and set up the over were wonderful.

Received the promised call that the stove was on it's way. It was delivered with ease; no bumps or scratches. Installers arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently and had me cooking before they left.

The guys who installed our stove were extremely courteous and respectful. They did a good job on the install and made a suggestion on how to resolve a problem and didn’t leave us hanging.

Best Buy had delivery options available for next day. Guy called me 1 1/2 hour in advance for delivery time. They came early but we were able to work it out. Did say they would wait if needed. Even moved old appliance out.

This was replacing a previous range. What could go wrong?! I could have did this myself.
