Great product to hook up my appliances. Guys that installed were very professional

They forgot to level my range the first time but came back and got it done.

The delivery folks did a great job removing the old range and installing the new one.

The techs who installed were professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

I bought a new gas stove for my mom for Christmas and had in installed. I wasn't home when they installed it but when I came home there was a smell of gas but I thought it was because they were trying out the new stove. Next day the smell was still there but it would come and go. On the 4th day my uncle came home and noticed the same smell and checked the installation and there was a leak! My parents said the workers didn’t check the line before leaving. Just installed the stove, made sure it worked and left!

This crew at least put it in place and tried to level it with the counter. They trusted scent to tell if the gas hookup was good. I had a plumber review it. Some times the scent added to natural gas is weak and sniffing isn’t enough

guy showed up onetime but could not hook it up had an old valve better safe than sorry

They weren’t able to disconnect the old connection. I had to have my own contractor install the stove

I recently purchased a new range for my house and used the installation Services offered through Best Buy. They were called ahead of time, arrived on schedule, and were nice. I would use this service again.

Basic installation. In and out in less than 30 min. Professional, courteous and pro active when it came to wearing covid-19 masks when entering the premises.

Installer added a shut off valve that he said I needed and charged me $160.

It’s cool I just wish the air fryer pan would of come with it

These guys came and professionally installed my new stove. Taking their time and even using a leveler to make sure it wasn’t tipping in any way.

Delivery were clean and knowledgable. They were very cognizant of their surroundings. Wearing masks and gloves and left the kitchen clean and stove ready to go.
