    Installation by Best Buy not done for my range but Best Buy did reimburse me for charges I paid separately to a plumber.

    I bought a new gas stove for my mom for Christmas and had in installed. I wasn't home when they installed it but when I came home there was a smell of gas but I thought it was because they were trying out the new stove. Next day the smell was still there but it would come and go. On the 4th day my uncle came home and noticed the same smell and checked the installation and there was a leak! My parents said the workers didn’t check the line before leaving. Just installed the stove, made sure it worked and left!

    The installers were great getting my old oven out and my new oven in. They took time and made sure it was placed exactly how I wanted it. Thanks!

    These guys knew what they were doing; they were in and out so fast it was mind blowing but that does not mean they did a poor job. Everything was done right and they made sure I was satisfied before they left.

    He gave us a choice about whether or not we wanted the stove secured with non-tip-over-brackets, even though I think he is required to install them no matter what. It allowed me to save my hard-wood floor.

    The best buy employee's did a good job installing the stove. Explained to me how to work it. Set up the block and took the packaging with them along with the stove.

    The installation crew was great. They pointed out a minor scratch in the range door handle and gave us three options to resolve the issue. We probably wouldn't have noticed it unless they brought it up.
