Our guys were good and resolved an issue that could have derailed the installation. Great job and expedient service. Courteous and gave updates to their ETA.

Very pleased with Best Buy's installation team they were on time, clean, professional and did an amazing fast job at installing all of our appliances making the whole process so easy and pleasant!

The installers were professional. They removed the old range and installed the new one at the time they said they would arrive.

The day before the service date, I received a call to confirm the appointment. I asked for a 30 minutes heads up call before the service team arrives to my place and I was told they always do it. At the day of service, I received a call that "we will be there in 10 minutes". I told them the property is empty and I need 20 minutes to be there. They told me its Ok and I jumped into my car and drove to be on time as much as possible. I got to my place and had to wait there for an hour before the service team arrives because they decided to do another service before they come to my place without letting me know. That I did let them know before hand and I did my best to be on time and they were late late was really annoying.

They did what they were supposed to do and they knew what they were doing.

I have had many things installed by Best Buy and have yet to be disappointed. The two men today were friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and professional.

Great installation, the guy was super helpful and nice. No problem and would absolutely have them install again.

Fast, thorough, and great st explaining the features of the range. Plus they maneuvered through a tight space and didn’t damage anything.

Installation was easy. Just make sure that the gas line is done by professionals. They will stop install because they won’t do it.

Was surprised that this was not geek squad delivering and installing the range They did a fine job despite saying that an included accessory was not actually included (I had to call geek squad and complain to get the accessory)

The first crew for hookup was great. They informed us that we needed to get a new gas shutoff. They disconnected the old range and placed the new one in the living room. The second crew was good at installing the range, but they were not so friendly.

I think they should be able to actually install (swap natural gas and propane fittings) and hook up (test) the range not just deliver it. Thanks YouTube for the how to.

Excellent service. Installation was a breeze, and they even were willing to use the existing hardware so that we could return the kit for a refund.

It’s such a great value to have the ability to hire Best Buy and their team to install appliances for you! I wouldn’t have done it any other way!
