We've had Best Buy install 3 separate kitchen appliance at 3 different times and they have been excellent every time. They call as promised and arrived on the early side of the delivery window.

There was great communication, we were informed quickly of delivery time, and received a phone call when an earlier delivery time was possible. Delivery people were friendly and efficient.

Best Buy is easy to work with and they stand behind what they do. I asked them to come out and change something, and they quickly responded. I’ve only had good experiences with them.

Very happy with install done by Best Buy technician. Showed me exactly what he was doing, did it quickly and answered any questions. Good value, would recommend.

Best Buy would not deliver this item since it was an out of box item. They said I would have to pick it up and it would be installed when my refridgerator was to be installed. The installers refused to install it saying that since I picked it up, it was their policy not to install it, even though I explained to them that I had paid for the install and Best Buy said it would be installed. They had to call their supervisor, who agreed with them. Then they called Best Buy, and they said to install it. All of this taking 45 minutes. Best Buy needs to get their policy changed or hire a different company to deliver and install. Very unsatisfied.

If you didn't pay for this. then the geek squad would leave your gas range. You would then have to install the unit. Well worth the price.

Was not properly installed Had a gas leak and called gas company No reimbursement

The delivery team I received was great with the delivery but the oven leaked gas after installation. Turns out it was hand tightened only. Just make sure they test it before they leave

Lee, from Geek Squad installation did an amazing job. He was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He answered any and all of my questions and was very polite the entire time he was here.

The techs installed my range incorrectly. The range was not level and they did not calibrate the burners. The middle burn, when set on high has a low flame. When I asked for Best Buy techs to come back out, the tech never arrive but told dispatch that I wasn’t home. I have a sec camera that records anyone that comes to my door. There was no video showing anyone at my door. I asked for a refund and they refined me 0 dollars. Never again!!!!
